Description
Blanco de Tempranillo arose from the curiosity to know what the flesh, or the heart of our Indigenous grape could offer us: TEMPRANILLO. How does one obtain white wine from a red grape? It is known by the French as “blanc de noir”. We bring the harvest forward to pick these grapes at their ultimate expression of freshness and acidity. The result is this light wine; fresh, pleasing and straight forward, that we recommend with many aperitifs, bringing a refreshing sensation of citrus and ripe fruits.
