Vineyard
Exceptional location, virtually unique in the Iberian Peninsula: The confluence of the Atlantic and Continental climates. Temperate climate which allows the grapes to ripen slowly and completely, essential to quality. Altitude between 460 and 570m. Average annual temperature of 12.8ºC, during the vine growing season 17.1ºC. Hot dry summers, but with only a few days of extreme heat and a significant variance between day and night time temperatures, typical of continental climates, ideal for obtaining good colour in the red varietals and improved acidity levels.
Maturation
After malolactic fermentation the wine is transferred into French oak barrels for 10 months.
