Description
This Selected Parcel is produced from our vineyard grown in the respect of the nature and biodiversity. That means no use of chemical fertilizers neither herbicides nor pesticides. Soil: « Le Pla »: this parcel of one hectare, is located on the “oceanic” terroir of Limoux. The vines are nestled on the slops of the Villelongue Valley. Aging: 9 months on lees, 80% in stainless steel barrels and 20% in oak barrels. Aromas of "griottes" cherries and slighty peppery; The silky tannins brings with a delicate final.
