Description
APPEARANCE A pale straw colour, medium density. Clear and sparkly bright. NOSE Forthcoming nose with aromas of dried fruit, especially peach and apricots, and hints of citrus. PALATE The nose follows through on the palate with aromas of dried fruit, almonds and citrus. Good acid with well balanced wood gives a creamy texture to the wine. Well-balanced, intense wine, but light enough to enjoy more than one glass. Creamy, long aftertaste. FOOD SUGGESTION This wine will be perfect with a creamy cheese and bruschetta salad or pan-fried scallops with asparagus on a bed of young leaves.
