At our winery, the tradition of the old grain mill and the wine tavern meet the modernity of the new winery. We, the two young winemakers Martin and Thomas Philipps, have made it our goal to stop the decline in acreage on the Middle Rhine, to recultivate fallow land, to preserve existing vineyards and thus to contribute to the preservation of the cultural landscape in the Upper Middle Rhine Valley World Heritage Site.
