Vinification in stainless-steel vats. Two-thirds of the wine went through spontaneous fermentation. Bottled mid-August 2019.
Vineyard: The fruit for this medium-dry wine comes from our sustainably farmed Taubenhaus and Schlossberg vineyards high above the Mosel River.
A great wine with appetizers such as chips and a creamy dip; excellent with spicy dishes, also very good with a fatty fish.
