<p>In 1832 our wine estate began to operate under the name Jost. Today, Cecilia and Peter Kost are managing the estate in the seventh generation. We currently cultivate 15 hectares of vineyards on the two banks of the Rhine, in the Mittelrhein region on the left bank and the Rheingau region around Walluf on the right bank. </p> <p>Protected geographically by the narrow section of the Rhine Valley, our vines thrive on the slate from he Devonian Period. Our particular location in the growing areas to the north guarantees an especially long ripening season, promoting a distinctive grape aroma. </p> <p> </p>
