About
ZANUT is a boutique family winery established in 1976. At present, Borut is in charge, representing the third generation of winemakers in his family. ZANUT wines are produced only from grapes grown in their own vineyards, located at 75 to 160 m of altitude on extremely sunny locations. The production and maturation of ZANUT wines are based on natural methods and minimal intervention to retain wines natural with typical characteristics of their variety and a strongly expressed "gout de terroir".
