Description
Straw yellow with greenish hues, crystal-clear and brilliant. Intense and refined on the nose. Aromas of lemon peel, yellow apple, hay, yellow flowers, with undertones of dry flowers and flint. On the palate fresh, dry, quite warm and very mineral. A harmonious, broad wine with a pleasant freshness and pronounced minerality. Vinification
24 hours of cold maceration, pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 30-35 days at 15 °C. No malolactic fermentation. Indigenous yeasts only are used for fermentation.
Vineyard
Vineyards on top of the hill, planted in 1992, southwest exposition, marl, slate and sandstone terrain.
Maturation
11 months in stainless steel tanks, 6 months in bottles.
