About
The biodynamically cultivated Grüner Veltliner grape varieties as well as the traditional Wagram specialty RoterVeltliner, alongside Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Traminer as well as Zweigelt and Pinot Noir, are rooted in deep loess soil around Fels am Wagram on 15 hectares. Hand-picked, natural yeasts and natural sedimentation instead of filters result in authentic classic wine personalities full of grape fruit. The Demeterhof has been running a farm cycle with cattle and Mangalitza pigs for 15 years.
