Description
Rosé wine exclusively made from the Bobal grape variety, fermented in tanks of raw concrete. It displays the fruit character of Bobal: strawberries and raspberries, with light notes of banana and apples in the background. Light hints of fennel and other herbs. Refreshing on the palate, with a natural sweetness which is well-balanced with the acidity of the grape. Long and persistent finish.
