Description

CAMO is made from Bobal grapes harvested in the family's vineyard "El Albardin" (10 hectares, over70 years old). There, we use sustainable practices and harvest is done by hand. Fermentation in tanks of RAW CONCRETE. Ageing in raw concrete followed by a short oak ageing. Intense garnet red with violet hues. In the nose, it reminds of ripe red berries, mainly cherries, with some floral notes (violets). Light hints of black pepper and liquorice. Pleasant on the palate, soft tannins are well-balanced with Bobal’s distinctive acidity. Warm, with a long finish.
