BLANC DOMAINE DE L'AMAURIGUE 2018

Description

Winemaking : This white is coming from a selection of rolles and ugni- blanc harvested by night at cool temperature. First, short skin maceration in the press tank to have better extraction of the varietal flavours of the grapes. Fermentation in temperature controlled tanks with selected yeasts.

Tasting notes: A pale lemon color with flashes of green. The nose is subtle, with hints of white flowers, an attractive garrigue note and fresh almond. A mineral and elegant palate finished with notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruits. The result is a balanced, fresh and aromatic white wine.
