Description
Wine Making Grapes are harvested by night at optimum cool temperature and maturity. Direct low-pressure press process is used to produce clear and fruity Rosé. This Rosé is fermented at low and controlled temperature in order to favour the production of ester flavour by the selected yeast. Tasting Notes Beautiful pale pink in color, the nose has floral undertones and some tropical notes of passion fruit. A crisp and clean freshness on the palate is highlighted by the integrated acidy and good balance. Flavors of ripe strawberries, pears and touch of watermelon.... leaving you thirsty for more
