Description

Nice and complex nose with mineral and white fruits flavours. The mouth is full bodied, with a great complexity. The finish is mineral and surprisingly fresh for a 2014 vintage. A great wine to enjoy on its own or with fishes, seafood, delicatessen and some cheeses.

APPEARANCE : Golden colour, limpid. NOSE : Elegant, fine, white flowers aromas, oak aromas, mineral hints. PALATE : Vibrant, generous, full-bodied, white flowers overtones, citrus hints, oak hints, smooth, very mineral, structured body, strong intensity, long length.

Vinification

Hand picked and sorted at the plot. Pneumatic pressing. Settling at 8°C for 24h. The alcoholic fermentation starts in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C and ends in barrels.

Vineyard: FENOUILLEDES

Hillside vinyard between 300 and 500 meters above the sea. Mostly schist soils.

Viticulture

The whole vinyard is grown organically and has been certified since the end of 2018.

Maturation

Aged on its lees in 225L barrels for a year, bottled and then stored in our cellar.
