Mid straw colour with pale gold hues. Lifted perfume of citrus, peaches and apricot mingle with light honeyed notes. On the palate, citrus and peach intertwine for this medium-bodied food friendly wine. Oyster shell freshness, lemon zest and a hint of sweet spice carry the long crisp finish.

Langmeil’s Winemaking Philosophy
In the vineyard Langmeil winery utilizes a hands on approach though hand pruning and hand picking all premium grapes.
Langmeil open ferments the destemmed fruit, which is an old world tradition. The open fermenting process helps to oxygenate the ferments keeping them clean and fresh.
Because we choose to maintain temperature control we ensure the ferments are not over extractive.
All premium fruit processed through the open fermenters is fully basket pressed. Basket presses are very gentle and not over extractive. Through this process, the pressing’s have great tannin structure while maintaining finesse.
