Yellow with greenish hues, hints of citrus, fresh and slightly tangy. Good persistence combined with a pleasant, mineral finish.

Vinification
Grapes are handpicked in small containers in order to reduce skin breakage. After being gently destemmed and softly pressed, free run juice is chilled and left on the skin for few hours. Skins are drawn off, juice is coldclarified and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17°C.

Meleto and S.Piero, between 360 and 420 meters above sea level.
Maturation
Four months in stainless steel tanks.
