Description
The colour is an intense ruby red with purple hints. At the nose, aromas are the typical of the varietal, small red fruits and floral notes. In the mouth, a good alcoholic content and the consistency go with a perfect structure balanced between acidity and softness; the tannins are mature and velvety.

Vinification
Grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand in bins. They are destemmed and gently pressed; the spontaneous fermentation starts after a short cold maceration in stainless steel. The must stays in contact with the skin for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation occurs in concrete tanks.
