Description
Johner Estate - New Zealand - A beautifully styled Pinot Noir. Beautiful flavours of elderberries. With spicy aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. After a little while it reveals a cool ethereal fine note (fruit tea). On the palate full-bodied, high viscosity and umami. Very elegant, cool with a freshness. Well balanced acidity. Gentle soft tannins with only a little adstringency left. Long finish with flavours like on the nose, plus some vanilla and wood notes.
