Dark, juicy fruit on the palate. Full bodied. Juicy ripe soft tannins. Pleasant harmonious acidity. Long finish. Potential for many years.

Intensive green harvest. Harvested by hand. 100% destemmed. Intensive single-berry sorting on the sorting belt. Skin contact fermentation and maceration for 3 weeks. Storage time in used oak barrels : 24 months. Malolactic fermentation.
