Vinification
The de-stemmed grapes are fermented on skins and immediately pressed after fermentation. The malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks. It is matured in a big wooden barrel for about 6 month.
Vineyard
sandy soil with gravel in the deep and a high lime content.
Palate
It is storable up to 10 years.
