Vinification
The harvest is made by hand. In the winery the red grapes are de-stemmed and crushed. After a short maceration period the red grapes are pressed carefully and are fermented with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
Palate
Drinkable young and fresh within the next 2 years.
Food Pairing
It goes well with smooth flavored poultry, fish and any kind of sea-fruit, also delicious with noodles.
