Description
Yemula is the Latin name of the city of Imola, and this wine is our homage to the place that many of our Sangiovese and Merlot vineyards overlook. Intense red in colour with purple tinges, Yemula is the result of a careful blend of Sangiovese and Merlot, where the fruity notes of the former mix with the herbaceous ones of the latter creating a truly refined wine. A delicate yet striking taste complements its softness and complexity. Ideal with fresh, homemade pasta with both fish or meat sauces; meat second courses, roast meats, beef stews.
