Description
This natural sparkling wine is composed of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir, using only the cuvée flower must. Foaming was carried out in our stone cellar at a very low temperature, achieving delicate fruity aromas and very small bubbles. This wine is in its purest form, without disgorgement, with yeasts in suspension, adding a new dimension to the palate.
