Description
In accordance to our philosophy of minimum intervention in the winemaking process and to preserve the characteristics of the manually harvested grapes and 'terroir', our Tannat Cemento was fermented in epoxy-coated concrete tanks and aged for 18 months in Italian concrete vessels without epoxy, for later bottling without filtering. Intense red color, highlighting its ripe fruit aromas. The palate presents a medium body, sweet and friendly tannins, with great persistence.
