Description
Tannat varietal, aged in concrete tanks to preserve the fruit of our Terroir, then to complete the aging process, 35% of the wine was put in French and American oak barrels of 1st and 2nd uses. Bottling is done without filtration for minimum interference and to maintain its characteristics to a maximum. This Tannat is a wine of intense violet color, highlighting the aromas of sweet red berries and vanilla. The palate is of fleshy and sweet tannins.

Vineyard
Mountain slope soils. Texture wise, loam, sandy loam and gravel soils can be found. Low fertility due to little organic matter presence, predominating ancient granite and veins of white and gray quartz. High concentration of minerals.
Maturation
65% of the wine in concrete tanks and 35% in French and American oak barrels of 1st and 2nd uses for 16 months.
