Vinification

Vineyard
Mountain slope soils. Texture wise, loam, sandy loam and gravel soils can be found. Low fertility due to little organic matter presence, predominating ancient granite and veins of white and gray quartz. High concentration of minerals.
Maturation
During 3 months in stainless steel tanks, in contact with lees.
