Our philosophy is use to the latest available technology to make natural wines, in order to preserve our terroir’s characteristics. Viña Edén’s unoaked Chardonnay 2017 is aromatically a very mineral wine, highlighted by its freshness, natural acidity and long finish.

Mountain slope soils. Texture wise, loam, sandy loam and gravel soils can be found. Low fertility due to little organic matter presence, predominating ancient granite and veins of white and gray quartz. High concentration of minerals.
Maturation
During 10 months in stainless steel tanks, in contact with lees.
