Description

Pinot Noir of deep pink color, clean and bright. The nose is presented with fresh and delicate aromas reminiscent of red berries with floral notes. Fresh friendly palate with medium persistence.

Grapes have been harvested manually in February 2018.

Vineyard

Mountain slope soils. Texture wise, loam, sandy loam and gravel soils can be found. Low fertility due to little organic matter presence, predominating ancient granite and veins of white and gray quartz. High concentration of minerals.

Maturation

During 6 months in stainless steel tanks, in contact with lees.
