Description
Careful elaboration, following the techniques of Porto, with a partial fermentation of the must, which allows to fix the aromas and provides elegance and finesse, then fortify with refined alcohols, thus maintaining the natural sugars of the grape. After elaboration is finished, matures in French Oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months.
