Description
This cuvée only, natural sparkling wine, is made of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir. The second fermentation has taken place in our cellar which is excavated in the hill slope and at very low temperatures, resulting in delicate and fruity aromas, very small bubbles and a fresh and elegant taste.
