Description
Tauleto takes its name from an expression used by the farmers that have been working in our vineyards for generations: indeed, in the local dialect a ‘tauleto’ is soil rich in water. This is our Podere Tauleto, a field where we grow Sangiovese grapes under which flow two springs, reducing the need for water of the plants to the minimum. It is a complex red wine, structured and with a long lifespan, produced only in the best years. Ideal with red meat dishes that require complex cooking and hard cheese.
